Our Vision
“To create global citizens and leaders of tomorrow, through traditional values of love, empathy, discipline and respect - 21st century citizens who think globally and act locally.”
Given the realities of the information revolution and globalization, where rapid change, fierce competition and uncertainty are the order of the day, only a right value-system will enable a future citizen to charter his/her course. The values of a good citizen are also global values based on righteousness, non-dogmatism, humanism, intellectual dissent and racial harmony.
The Indus International School curriculum facilitates the practice of such values outside classrooms in real-life situations. The citizenship curriculum has been evolved through a new conception of multidimensional citizenship education, whereby both the school and the community interface as partners. At Indus, we believe that such learning inspires young people to reflect on, and become actively involved, in making a better world, as the primary focus of their learning experience.
